Meditation in classroom is like icing on the cake
Meditation is an ancient practice of discourse for improving physical, mental and emotional state by acting as awareness energiser which brings peace, tolerance and solidarity.
This ancient practice is now well accepted in society and education world where concentration, focus and performance are the main yardsticks of student development.
The job of the teaching profession is really exhausting and requires lots of patience as a teacher has to face unending queries from his or her students and at the same time manage them with the appropriate solution. It is found that a teacher after meditating for a few weeks feels more energized and tolerant in his or her emotions and mind, is in a better position to handle the affairs of the students.

Only a teacher with a positive outlook can bring positive changes in his or her students and this is what meditation does to create a positive mind and action.
